Save the date — Saturday April 4 — for the annual Blessing of the Animals event at St. Francis in the Foothills Church.
We are going to be there selling beautiful one-of-a-kind beaded bracelets to help pay the vet bills sustained during a hit-and-run accident of Tucson greyhounds, Opal and Rider. Bracelets cost $20.
Bring you pets for blessing, vet services, wellness clinics, obedience demos, photos, adoptions, art, food, search and rescue demonstrations, and fun for all.
St. Francis in the Foothills is located on the NW Corner of River and Swan.
Everyone is welcome; the event is from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Hello Tucson! This weekend is the 4th Avenue Street Fair where artists sell their wares and people stroll the vehicle-free 4th Avenue enjoying the wonderful food (aromas are free…love that BBQ), live music, and community atmosphere.
C’mon down to Silver Sea Jewelry & Gifts at 330 N. 4th Avenue (next to Bison Witches Cafe) and buy some one-0f-a-kind beaded bracelets to help pay the $14,300 vet bill. Bracelets cost only $20 and each bracelet is different, original, whimsical and for such a meaningful cause.
